Our corporate and residential grounds maintenance client requires a full time, Gardener Team Leader with a full, manual, UK, driving licence. The work takes place in private grounds and gardens.
As a Mobile Gardener Team Leader, you will work as part of a small team to deliver high end grounds maintenance and horticultural services.
Key Duties:
* Flowerbed maintenance including weeding and planting
* Grass and hedge cutting using petrol mowers and strimmers, litter picking and sweeping
* Overseeing the work of a less-experienced colleague
* Leaf clearance and gritting during the autumn and winter
* Driving a company van between locations
Skills:
* A full, manual driving licence
* An ability to keep things confidential
* Building strong working relationships
* A kind, confident and professional character
* Reliable and an excellent timekeeper
