Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces. If you have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
– Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, and weeding
– Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
– Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering
– Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
– Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
– Operate hand tools and power tools for various gardening tasks
– Assist with the installation of new landscaping features
– Maintain garden equipment and tools
– CSCS card required
– Relevant horticulture qualifications preferred
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
– Proficiency in groundskeeping practices
– Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
– Understanding of irrigation systems and watering techniques
– Experience in growing plants from seeds or cuttings
