Salary :

Our client is a major and leading manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn, due to their continue success, growth, and development they are seeking to employ a Service Coordinator to start as soon as possible for a 6 month contract.
Normal hours of work are from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with a one-hour unpaid lunch break per day.
There is a rota to cover the early and late shift; Early shift 08:00 to 16:30 Late shift 09:30 to 18:00
Additional to the above, they will also be part of the weekend call out rota, approximately every 8 weeks. Saturday & Sunday 08:00 to 18:00

Reporting directly to the Service Supervisor/ Service & Spares Operations Manager
Purpose of the role
Register service calls and deal with customer queries, allocate work to engineers, answer telephone calls from customers and dealers. Process all call related documentation and general office administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administration
Cost and complete engineers worksheet on completion of service call.
Process incoming invoices – checking rates/Warranty
Raising invoices for chargeable work
Checking Monitors
Assisting with Accrual
Supporting Call Handlers
Recovery of chargeable warranty costs
Cross charging costs where appropriate
Update on a daily basis customer Portals with invoice information
Adding engineer’s worksheets to Siclops
Duties and Responsibilities
Call Handling
Register service calls/emails
Allocate and distribute fosters engineers work.
Allocate service calls to service partners.
Cost and complete engineers worksheet on completion of service call.
Update on a daily basis customer Portals
Order parts and issue quotes for repair work
Confirming parts on site
Checking all monitors
Calling sites to arrange access/check details
Issuing Risk and Method statements
Calling sites to arrange access/check details
Checking Engineers Schedules to ensure they have work
And any other general duties, within the capability of the post holder, as agreed with the Departmental Manager.

Excellent telephone and communication skills
Product/Component knowledge
Keyboard skills – quick and accurate
Office packages
Organised – Self motivated
Able to work in a team in a very busy office environment
