Great opportunity for an Administrator to work for a leading and highly successful financial services company based in Needham Market. The successful applicant will be joining a vibrant and friendly team and will be assisting with the day to day administration of a busy office.
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities of Administrator
* Answering incoming calls and directing to relevant staff member
* Checking customer files are correct and up to date
* Chasing outstanding documents
* Data input
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Admin support to a busy sales team
Skills required
* Good standard of education
* Experience within financial services desirable but not essential
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Team player
* Previous administration experience
