Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation; specializing in a wide range of personal care and hygiene products; organized into several segments including Beauty; Grooming; Health Care; Fabric & Home Care; and Baby and Feminine care. The role is working in their Finance & Account dvision.
We are looking for a locally based candidate to Newcastle upon Tyne (Cobalt Park) although you maybe working from home 2 days a week initially. Laptop will be provided, but you will need a broadband connection.
You need to be able to start within 2-4 weeks of an offer.
This is a temporary role for 12 months.
Competence in Excel & SAP is the highest priority for this role.
Master Data & Billing Analyst
The Master Data & Billing Team are responsible for managing Brand, Pricing and Promotional data for all products shipping to UK and Ireland customers. Master Data & Billing team is a multi-skilled team that has end to end visibility of the Order, Shipping & Billing (OSB) processes.
By leveraging communication, problem solving and analytical skills they will play a key role in driving on time and accurate results for areas such as Initiatives & Promotional Pricing. you will work closely with internal partners:
Business Planning
MS&P
CBD and Customer Service Operation
Account Receivable
Data Management
The Master Data & Billing Analyst will be responsible for Brand Data Management, Customer Specific Pricing set up and Promotional Discounts set up in SAP.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
You will need to develop and deploy a range of skills and knowledge that will enable management of all aspects of the Master Data & Billing Role. Key skills required:
• Own and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Customer Sales Teams, Planners, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Customer Service Organisation
• Own issues and queries through to resolution with excellent verbal and written communication to all levels of the business
