Customer Services Order Analyst
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £11 – £11.92/hour
Our client is a multi-billion dollar consumer healthcare giant, based on Cobalt Park in Newcastle upon Tyne. Minimum 3 days a week in the office. (subject to change, including moving to fully remote, to working full time in the office).
We are looking for an Administrator / Analyst with Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP.
We are looking for candidates who already live in or commutable to Cobalt Park in Newcastle – upon Tyne.
As an Analyst/Administrator, you will provide a key interface between our client and their key External Customers. You will work within a team who are responsible for processing and managing orders for products, communicating product availability issues and resolving delivery issues.
Examples of our clients customers are Supermarkets/Discounters & Wholesalers. You will be a key influencer in the customer’s satisfaction of our clients service.
Analysts have total accountability for their key results and have an active role in helping deliver some results owned by other parts of the Organisation.
Analysts also help ensure successful delivery of new initiatives, large promotions and logistical projects.
This role is performed within a Daily Cycle process where it is necessary to work within deadlines.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in communicating information
• Willingness to learn new skills and new systems
