Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with the ability to lead a team of maintenance assistants to successful operations across a luxurious countryside estate and hotel facility?

My client is a beautiful estate and hotel, who have many offerings for guests such as Hotel stays, Spa, Outdoor activities and much more! They’re located in a beautiful Countryside location around the outskirts of Leicester; and boast some incredible views alongside incredible facilities. They’re now in need of a professional and hardworking Maintenance Manager, responsible for the general upkeep of a busy, luxurious estate.

Reporting to the Estate Manager, the overall objective within the role is to ensure that the resort is maintained to a good standard throughout, whilst Introducing cost effective ways to enhance and protect the whole estate with a pro-active approach to buildings maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out day to day maintenance and repairs on the Resort as required, and as generated by the Maintenance Log held in Reception
To undertake and complete all types of urgent and minor response maintenance requirements both inside and outside buildings on the Resort
To formulate programmes for and undertake all types of planned preventative maintenance both inside and outside buildings on the Resort
Perform all duties as required within the confines of the business to maximise the profitability to the business
You will be on-call in case of emergencies out of hours and ensure all breakdowns and damage are attended to speedily
You are responsible for the general upkeep of the Maintenance Van
Any other duties consistent with the post, and commensurate with the skills and competency of the post
