The Commercial and Corporate Solicitor role:-
This is a full time role, Monday – Friday with hybrid working options available
Hybrid working practice is designed to help you achieve the right balance for you whilst ensuring, whilst ensuring that clients’ and firms’ are fully supported. Likely to be 3 days office 2 days working remotely
This is a unique opportunity to work with a team who are continuing to build an exceptionally innovative and dynamic commercial practice, providing high-end commercial transaction advice.
The leaders of this dynamic team (ex London and US Law firm backgrounds) are looking to expand the team after a period of sustained growth and success.
They work with a growing client-base of local, national and international companies and have a particularly strong reputation in certain areas. They frequently advise on transactions and contracts of national and international significance and regularly work opposite some of the largest UK law firms. The team’s work is very diverse and they are looking for an individual who shares their passion for niche market success. There is also an element of corporate banking and finance work, asset, share and restructuring deals and general SME commercial contract work.
