Solicitor/Legal Executive- Private Client

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £35000 – £50000/annum as below

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our private client department for a legal executive or solicitor.
We are looking for someone to “hit the ground running” and the role would suit someone with experience working currently in a Wills and Probate fee earning role.
* Knowledge of taking instructions for Wills;
* Preparing Wills;
* Attending on clients and advising clients in relation to their Wills;
* Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection
* Probate applications and Estate of Administration;
* Knowledge in the areas of Taxation, Trusts and would be an advantage albeit not a prerequisite.
You would be a joining an expanding private client team and a person dynamic and able to use initiative when dealing with clients or potential clients would be a great advantage. We are looking for someone with a positive approach and who is a team player within the department with ideas to move the department forward and able to act upon those ideas.
Flexible/hybrid working can be considered after probationary period and dependent upon experience.
Salary up to £40,000.00 full time.
