We are working with a well-established and highly reputable law firm who are looking to attract a Private Client Solicitor from NQ to 4 years' PQE to join their supportive and very experienced team based in Nuneaton. 

In this role, you will be supported by other senior lawyers and experienced support staff members. You will receive excellent training and mentoring, including fully funded training to become a STEP qualified member (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) which you would be able to be enrolled on to as soon as you started in the role.

The role will involve:

Dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters including: 
Wills
Estate administration
Powers of Attorney
Taxation
Trusts
Court of Protection
Working as part of a team alongside 3 other experienced Private Client Fee Earners and additional support staff
Attending to clients by telephone, email and face to face
Maintaining files and ensuring efficient case management of Private Client matters, keeping clients updatedSuitable Candidates will have:

Fully qualified status (NQ to 4 years' PQE) 
The ability to work well as part of a team
Experience in handling a caseload of private client work 
Excellent client care skillsThis is a full-time permanent position based at the office in Nuneaton, working 36.25 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
