Operating from the company’s Nottinghamshire office, they would now like to strengthen their education appeals team. Ideally, we are looking for a Solicitor or paralegal who:
* Has already worked and understands the appeals process covering such things as SEN, admissions, exclusions etc.
* Has worked in Education and now works in Law or the opposite, someone who was a teacher or lecturer and is now in Law.
In either case, we are looking for someone who understands the Education process and can offer sound legal advice in a clear, sensitive and responsible way, to vulnerable clients who can feel intimidated with the “weight” of the formal process.
The company would welcome applications, at any level, from paralegal through to senior solicitor with the salary offered reflecting the persons experience and qualifications. In addition, the successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive firm who invest in their workforce by providing a generous benefits package and the opportunity to work remotely (visiting the office once per week).
