Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary : £33000 – £55000/annum
Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in either of their Nottingham or Mansfield, Nottinghamshire offices. This is a permanent, full-time role. Role Responsibilities
In this Commercial Property Solicitor job, you will work closely with a small but established team including the Partner, to provide support on a range of matters including:
* The sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial property for a range of sites (from offices and retail units to warehouses and agricultural land).
* Development work.
* Landlord and Tenant work (Leases, Transfer of lease, dilapidations, rent reviews and lease variations)
* Refinancing and secured lending.
Person Specification
As the incoming Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have good technical and communication skills. You will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively not only within the Commercial Property Department but across the firm’s Corporate and Employment teams.
Importantly, you will also be able to display:
* Three years’ post qualification experience within Commercial Property.
* Able to work under minimal supervision.
* Evidence of study for a professional qualification.
* Good I.T skills.
* Hardworking, organised, and reliable approach.
* Results focus, with an ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Team player, resourcefulness, and confidence.
* Proven track record as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
