Residential Paralegal Wanted for Exciting Opportunity
Are you an experienced Residential Paralegal looking for an exciting new challenge? Our clients growing law firm is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and help us provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to residential property transactions, including leases, purchase agreements, and deeds.
* Assisting with closings and communicating with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
* Maintaining and organising client files and documents, including coordinating with attorneys and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Residential Paralegal
* Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, including leases, purchase agreements, and deeds
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
