Graduate Paralegal – Probate
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £36000/annum
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to progress their legal career by joining a dynamic team within this ambitious company.
This company currently looking for a Graduate Paralegal to join their busy London office and undertake a wide range of practical tasks within our Probate Department.
Main Duties
* Managing own caseload
* Attending meetings with clients
* Advising on probate procedures and preparing applications
* Liaising with external solicitors.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1 year probate experience
* One or more of: Law Degree / Cilex Level 6 Certificate in Probate practice / Step Advance Certificate in Administration of Estates
* Excellent client relationship skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Solid computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel
* Commercial mind set.
NB This role does not offer a legal training contract. It is not working for a solicitors but a will writing company, so would suit someone who is happy to continue their legal career in such an environment
