NQ Family Solicitor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum OTE £70,000
Our client is a well establish and reputable full service law firm based in Brentford, who are expanding their Family and Litigation teams. They are looking for an ambitious NQ Solicitor to run a full family caseload. There is also the opportunity for the successful candidate to be able to undertake some Civil Litigation work and progress in this area should they wish to.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Handle a full and varied family caseload from inception to completion under supervision
* Undertake advocacy in Court where necessary
* Dealing with general enquires, in person as well as via telephone and email
* Drafting of legal documentation and reporting to clients
* Collects and organises evidence and other important papers for lawyers to review
* Keeps client files organised and up to date in paper and/or electronic format
* Drafts formal legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings, as well as correspondence with clients and other parties
