Talented In-House Paralegal sought on a full-time, hybrid basis for an internationally acclaimed heavyweight firm in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with experience in company commercial to join an experienced team in London on a hybrid working basis. Playing a key role in the in-house legal team, the successful candidate will provide support internationally and liaise with various internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the firm.

Responsibilities

Supporting the commercial and legal team
International support to include China and the Middle East
Construction and engineering matters
Assisting with contractual matters
Clauses of service agreements
Liaising with internal teams
Inputting data
Ensuring relevant corporate governance rules are adhered to
Conducting researchThe Candidate

Paralegals with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Recent law graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 achieved
A strong interest in construction law
Proficient in company commercial matters
Has an enthusiastic and innovative approach
Works well within a team as well as independently
Excellent organisational skills
A strong communicator both written and verbally
Motivated and eager to learn about the business
Strives for high standards in their work
