Well-established firm with offices nationwide seeks an experienced In-house Construction Disputes Associate Solicitor on a hybrid working arrangement.

Our client, a bespoke firm with multiple offices around the country including London, is looking to employ a driven In-house Construction Disputes Associate Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to the global business, whilst mitigating commercial and contractual risks associated.

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload of contentious matters
Risk mitigation
Advising on corporate governance rules
Handling claims and disputes
Liaising with insurers
Advising on contract management
Dispute avoidance

The Candidate

Solicitors with at least 5 year’s PQE
Previous experience in construction disputes is required
Experience in construction insurance matters is preferable, but not essential
Great dispute negotiation and presentation skills
IT proficient
