Outstanding company in London offering hybrid working arrangements seeks a driven In-house Commercial and Legal Associate Solicitor with travel to the Middle East.
This is a rare opportunity for a talented solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial matters to join our client’s office in London or Bath, with travel to Dubai and Riyadh. Providing new and protect existing legal contractual support, the successful candidate will ensure business interest is legally protected at all times.

Responsibilities
Handling various contractual documentation
Consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements
Collateral warranties
Novation and framework agreements
Letters of intent
Joint venture agreements
Risk assessment
Ensuring relevant corporate governance rules are adhered to
Advising on contracts and legal frameworks
Assisting with claims and disputes
Developing and implementing new systems and procedures
Assisting with training
The Candidate
Solicitors with at least 2 year’s PQE in company commercial
Possesses considerable Middle East experience in commercial, construction and engineering legal practice
Outstanding communication and client care skills
Proactive with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
