A South West Law firm with a reputation for excellence and great client care are seeking a Property Litigator for their Dispute Resolution Department in their Exeter Office.
This role will suit someone who has general litigation experience with a focus on Property Litigation.
Abilities required:
* Ability to manage their own caseload effectively
* Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the risk management procedures
* Keep up to date with changes and developments in areas of law
* Build and maintain client and referral contacts
* Good knowledge of the CPR
* Excellent experience in Litigation
* Good knowledge of Property related litigation matters.
