Harrogate/ Northallerton
Elite Search Associates are delighted to be working alongside a reputable and well-established firm of solicitors, to help appoint an experienced Litigator to join their brand new office in Harrogate and also our client is looking to appoint experienced Litigator to join their Northallerton office.
Overview of position
* You will be responsible for managing your own general litigation caseload as well as working with the litigation team and Harrogate office team to further grow and expand our business.
Experience required
* You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with experience of managing general litigation matters; the caseload is a largely a mix of commercial, property and probate.
* Your ability to supervise a team and support the training of future lawyers could be advantageous but is not essential
* You will have your own Legal Assistant who will provide assistance in all aspects of case management and administrative activity, and you will also have the wider support of the Managing Director of the company who specialises in Commercial activity.
Remuneration & Benefits
* Salary: competitive up to £45k depending upon your experience
* 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays + additional holidays over Christmas when the office is closed
* Working hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)pm
* Full time post/ however part time working maybe considered
