My Client is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Assistant based in Birmingham to work on their healthcare team dealing with NHS Resolution EL/PL litigation matters.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who have an interest in this area to join a highly reputable and well-regarded firm.
The team advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team provide advice on medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews.
Some of the Client’s include NHS Resolution, Independent hospital groups and NHS Healthcare Clients.
You will be dealing with a wide range of EL/PL claims of mainly low to medium value.
You must have:
1-2 years* paralegal experience in defending employers' and public liability claims
Litigation experience
Experience of running own caseload
