As a Landscaping Site Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies as per project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Document any variations or modifications to the original project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is organized and archived appropriately
We are looking for a Landscaping Site Manager who has the following skills and qualifications:
• Full UK Driver’s License is Essential
• NVQ and CSCS is Essential
• Experience in Landscape Site Management is preferred but not Essential
• Experience and Knowledge in Hard Landscaping is Essential
• Experience in running multi-million-pound Sites is Preferred but not Essential
