The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Hard Landscaping Site Manager? Our client is seeking a dedicated Landscaping Site Manager to run their projects. As a Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients ‘projects run smoothly and successfully from start through till completion.
As a Landscaping Site Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of hard landscaping projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Interpret and implement project plans, ensuring efficient use of materials and resources.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, promoting skill development and best practices.
We are looking for a Landscaping Site Manager who has the following skills and qualifications:
• Full UK Driver’s License is Essential
• NVQ is Preferred
• Experience in Hard Landscaping and Landscape Construction management is Essential
• CSCS, SMSTS and SSSTS is Essential
