The Opportunity:
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping green spaces beautiful? We're seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. As an Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients outdoor areas are well-maintained and inviting for all.
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include the following:
• Perform a variety of ground maintenance tasks including mowing, weeding, planting, and litter picking.
• Operate and maintain ground maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily tasks efficiently.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Foreman who has the following skills and qualifications:
• Full UK Driver’s License is Essential
• NVQ and CSCS is Essential
• Experience in Grounds Maintenance is Essential
• Experience in High end sites is Essential
