Landscape Contracts Manager – West and South West London
We are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager with the right attitude and skills to lead, develop and motivate team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Pricing, planning and overseeing the delivery of projects and keeping the Landscapers and apprentices up to date with current industry standards.
Line management of team and responsibility for maintaining and monitoring work schedules and safety checklists.
Managing and advising clients effectively for their budget allocations, developing their sites with an environmental focus.
Alongside general tree works, managing large biodiversity improvement projects and will work with clients to plan and deliver arboricultural works that benefit the environment.Experience:
Significant industry experience
Landscape and environmental knowledge.
Experience of required industry legal standards and an understanding of industry terminology.
Full, clean, U.K driving licence.
Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety and environmental regulations.
Line management experience.
Excellent IT skills.
This role is Monday till Friday, 8am till 5pm
