Ideally chefs who have worked in a high volume industrial kitchen would be preferred but not essential as training will be offered.
You will be expected to:
* Experience working as a chef or within the Kitchen.
* A passion for food
* A clean and reliable work ethic
* A commitment to ensure consistency
* Comply with food hygiene and health and safety rules
* Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods
* Follow exact recipes every time to ensure consistency
* Cook and present the menu to the same high standard every time
* Work well under pressure as a part of the team
* Driving licence IS ESSENTIAL due to Location and shift times
* Food Hygiene Certificates Essential.
* English, Maths & IT Essential.
