Restaurant manager / Food and Beverage Manager required for a a establishment in Lancashire, this establishment is busy within weddings and this role is focused within the F&B department. they do weddings for around 80 guests and a restaurant for around 24 guests. Salary range £32-34k for the Restaurant manager / Food and Beverage Manager. This role is within driving distance of Burnley, Accrington and Blackburn with parking onsite.
The role
As the Restaurant manager / Food and Beverage Manager you will “Create memorable guest experiences”, ensuring the F&B is ready for service and the customers experiences are fantastic. You will ensure the department looks great, bookings are allocated correctly, function room is ready for the weddings. You will train the staff, plan the rota, ensure food training is completed. This role will cover all the normal Restaurant manager / Food and Beverage Manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a food focused candidate either at a Restaurant manager, Food and Beverage Manager or Assistant manager ready to step up level. You will be organised, able to run a team, able to deal with customers and knowledge of weddings.
