What will I be doing?
You will be at the forefront of the company's New Business Discovery function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will create business cases for investment in new equipment and facilities.
You will work closely with spin out's to lead them through the commercialisation process.
Working closely with the board to secure investment for spin-in and spin-out businesses.
What do I need to be successful?
Experience commercialising academic research or new product development into the commercial space.
Portfolio management is a critical part of the role and experience of this within a research and development space is required.
As you will be working with multi-disciplinary teams, communication is key!
You will also be well versed in writing and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
