Independent Financial Adviser
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum
Role Summary: Are you a motivated and qualified Financial Adviser with a passion for providing exceptional financial planning services? We're looking for an Independent Financial Adviser to join a growing practice in Ipswich and contribute to the continued growth. The ideal candidate will have the ambition to achieve Chartered status and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. While existing client relationships are preferred, they are not essential. Your ability to generate your own work, along with leads provided by the firm's marketing efforts, will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new client work through marketing the unique proposition to potential clients
* Provide expert financial planning advice on pensions, investments, and life insurance
* Collaborate with senior advisers to support and advise a diverse client base, primarily based in East Anglia
* Stand in for other advisers when needed
* Deliver clear and concise presentations of complex financial information
* Research, analyse, and present portfolio and technical information as required
* Draft coherent letters and reports with a strong command of the English language
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum CII level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
* Ideally, existing client relationships and experience in generating personal work
* Proven expertise in financial planning, pensions, investments, and life insurance
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
