Are you looking to get into HR and learn new skills? Manpower have an exciting new opportunity with a National Client working within one of there HR headquarters in Aztec West.
You would be working as a HR Help desk and online chat Advisor dealing with employees from the business. Incoming calls to support and action any HR related issues including advice, checking details, changing personal information, updating on existing HR queries, responding to follow ups, advising via the HR Chat function plus more.
Mon – Fri
37.5 hours per Week
Pay Rate – £13.49 per hour
Location – Aztec West

The purpose of this role is to provide an invaluable service to your colleague's covering the whole colleague life cycle, delivering high quality HR advice, guidance and support with outstanding colleague experience. The role will provide a first contact resolution approach dealing with a mixture of HR queries & problems across the whole colleague life cycle and would require where possible for you to action the solution live while on the call or chat. You will be supporting our colleagues through different contact methods including phone lines and Live Chat function and our aim is understand our colleague's priorities and use our knowledge & experience to create the right solutions for them. You will have the opportunity to support all areas of the business creating great working relationships with colleagues.
