Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their already talented team of chefs in this excellent restaurant near Ticknall Derbyshire.
You will be Responsible for the running of the kitchen and team, lead from the front whilst ensuring the team are kept motivated. You'll have a passion for producing consistently great dishes with a fair and supportive owner. The restaurant has space for 200 guests and is a popular wedding venue. The client is looking for an innovative chef to take it to the next the level. So, a chance to showcase your culinary skills.

We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration.
As a Head Chef you must demonstrate the ability to run the kitchen and produce great food under the pressure of a busy kitchen. Be a strong and fair leader and help with supporting your team.

Your Experience:
– Previous experience as a Head Chef in a busy fresh food or fine dining environment.
– Have own transport due to location.
– Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude.
– Have good communication skills.
– Be guest focused & passionate about food.
– Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
– Food Hygiene Level 2.
