What you will do to make an impact for GlobalData customers:

Ensure that an excellent service is provided for every GlobalData customer

Onboard our clients seamlessly with our subscription-based business intelligence services

Engage, delight, and retain clients by supporting business and individual user challenges

Partner with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand client requirements and support focus groups

Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and become an expert on the vertical

Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues (product discovery, registration etc) across multiple channels promptly, communicating through email, phone, and live chat

Collaborate with our global network of in-house Researchers, Analysts, Consultants and Account Managers to provide more extensive answers to our client's pressing queries

Help formulate and host webinars and training with subject matter experts from across GlobalData to enhance client knowledge and drive product usage

Be the 'voice' of the customer within GlobalData and provide feedback to all other teams to drive continuous product improvement and customer success

Be committed to meeting KPIs, including quality and productivity targets; playing a pivotal role in helping the department to achieve its overall goals

An undergraduate university degree

Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly collaborative manner

Excellent written English skills with precise grammar and spelling

Goal orientated with a positive and energetic attitude

Hard-working, self-motivated, flexible, and accommodating

Intellectual curiosity for business, people and culture, and a passion for problem-solving

Well defined prioritization and organizational skills

Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong eye for detail

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

Previous experience in a part-time customer-orientated role is useful but not essential

Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and a business background is helpful but not essential

Languages other than English are advantageous but not a necessity
