PRS are seeking to recruit for a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a well-established and highly regarded Country House Hotel based in Blackburn. Permanent role paying £23k p.a. – minimum 1 years’ experience required.

Job Specification:
Support the Restaurant Manager/Meeting and Events Operations Manager.
Assisting with training and developing the team.
Responsible for managing/running shifts.
Supporting the recruitment process.
Upselling all products to guests.
Running lunch and dinner shifts in absence of Restaurant/Meeting and Events Manager.
Carry out pre-shift briefs.
Responsible for cashing up / opening and closing down areas.
Managing/taking restaurant bookings through all media.
Maintaining cleanliness of the food and beverage outlets at all times
Restocking fridges ensuring at all times stock rotation is adhered to
Training and coaching new and existing staff members.
