Financial Services Administrator (Client Account Executive)
Nuneaton (Our Ref AL1259) hybrid (2-3 days per week working from home)

My client is an established IFA based in Nuneaton and they now have a fabulous opportunity for a motivated and experienced administrator to work with the Company Director and provide a first class administrative service to clients.
The role is varied and will predominantly include pension and investment business for high-net-worth clients. It will involve working in a busy and pressurised environment. Ultimately, we are looking for an individual who is an exceptional communicator who can quickly build rapport and excellent working relationships.
Responsibilities
* File preparation for new and existing client reviews including valuation reports
* Overseeing and processing new business applications, withdrawals, drawdown and fund switches
* To ensure that files remain compliant at all times
* To maintain and update client records on our back-office system (Intelligent Office)
* To gather sufficient information on existing plans/arrangements to enable adviser to review our clients’ needs
* To ensure that all necessary plan information, forms and illustrations (where applicable) are available
* To structure letters to providers and clients
* Arrange client meetings and manage diaries
* General client servicing (e.g Chasing LOA’s, address changes, liaising with product providers and third parties etc)
* To construct basic suitability reports for advisers (e.g fund switches, top ups, tax free cash, Annual Review reports)
* To answer telephone calls and other general administrative duties such as filing/scanning/post
* Meet and greet clients for face-to-face appointments
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Experience providing administrative support within a wealth management organisation.
* Strong pensions and investment product knowledge
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Prioritise and organise own workload
* Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict time scales.
* Self-motivated
* Organised and work well under pressure
* A strong team player
* Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
* Working towards the CII Level 4 qualification
* A knowledge of Intelligent Office
* Knowledge of various providers would be advantageous (e.g ABRDN Wrap Platform, Royal London, Curtis Banks, Prudential, Elevate).
