ROLE
* To provide high quality administrative support to a designated portfolio of clients.
* To help ensure clients are retained by providing regular and efficient client service.
* To be involved in the client engagement process once a prospective client wishes to proceed.
* Process and collate client information.
* Process New Business.
* Client Review preparation.
* Liaise with all agency providers for efficient client management, especially the main platforms, (Transact, Abrdn and AJ Bell)
OTHER TASKS
* To work closely with other team members to ensure that all Business Plan, Performance and Financial targets are achieved.
* To keep updated with all new literature and information and maintain a thorough knowledge of new procedures.
* To adhere to and actively promote the firm’s equal opportunities policy.
* At all times to work within the firm’s Health and Safety policy and to ensure as far is reasonable that safe working practices are established, maintained, and followed.
* Welcome clients when arriving at the Offices providing any refreshments if required.
* Answering the telephone to clients and 3rd party callers.
* To help ensure clients are retained by providing regular and efficient client service.
* Any other task as directed by your Line Manager or Managing Director.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Financial services or accountancy experience within an administrative capacity is beneficial however this is the perfect role for an individual with an interest in the financial services sector and eager to learn.
* High attention to detail and professional written style.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with and communicate effectively with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
* Results driven with an ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent relationship management and customer satisfaction skills
* Ability to manage a range of different tasks with proven time management skills and flexibility with regard to working hours.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team, including the ability to influence others.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office systems, Transact, Abrdn, AJ Bell and Intelligent Office. (Not essential but preferred). Failing this, platform based experience
