Finance Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £31099 – £33820/annum
We are delighted to be recruiting for our mid Wiltshire based client who require a Finance Manager on a full-time basis.
The role is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to work full time within an established and secure business, with a great bunch of people working for them.
Your remit as Finance Manager, will be to manage and oversee a broad range of tasks within the accounting function and act as a member of the management team.
Key responsibilities will be to:
* prepare year end accounts and financial reports
* lead on budget preparation
* monitor cashflow
* maintain the fixed asset register
* liaise with internal and external auditors
* attend meetings as required
* manage the collection of key data and provide analysis
To secure and succeed in post you will need to bring to the table the following:
* a minimum of 3 years management experience
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis
* strong IT skills
* exceptional organisational skills
22 days holiday per year, plus 2 statutory days holiday, and bank holidays, rising to 25 days + 2 after 5 years.
