Key Responsibilities

C360:

– Collect all business requests from sales, CS, R&A globally, specifically with the leaders from each of these groups

– Translate these requests into specific requirements for the dev team (documented as Jira items), including screen design, functionality, interaction with other systems, purpose, specific technical details required (e.g. SFDC new field details, API field names)

– Collaborate with the SFDC team for creation of new fields and functionality required for downstream systems, including API syncs, field updates e.g. dropdown options etc.

– Also co-ordinate the sync of data from C360 to SFDC, e.g. LoR with SFDC team

– Collaborate with the data team and sales ops to ensure SFDC data updates meet requirements for downstream systems

– Collaborate with data science team for data analysis and new feature production (Identification of risk factors associated with non-renewal; LoR; Gong CS analysis)

– Maintain and prioritize 2x jira dev backlogs (including stories, tasks, bugs)

– One for analyst related features ('Engage')

– Other for standard C360 functionality (sales/CS focus)

– Investigate each bug and provide suggested solutions based on data structure, C360 functionality, SFDC data

– Design sprints and agree timelines with dev team

– Testing in beta, UAT, and sign off of all dev items

– Write and send comms to all users (i.e. via SFDC)

– Write all user documentation/training guides for all audiences (sales, CS, R&A)

– Organise and run training sessions for all users in all regions (sales, CS, R&A)

– Includes Senior Leadership and C-suite team members, Product Heads sessions, Sales Leader sessions, in addition to all user sessions for sales, CS, analyst teams

– 10 live training sessions held in 2024

– Creation of C360 Video training library videos available within C360

– Point of contact for all queries, issues/bugs, user maintenance etc.

– Daily support for >1000 users of C360

– Development of adoption plan and completion of each item on that adoption plan

– All project management and every task re. C360 excluding the dev work itself

– Tracking of C360 internal usage

– Provision of data to reporting teams (Business Reporting, R&A operations teams) and point of contact for data queries

Gong:

– Vendor management- Primary business contact with Gong

– Advisor to sales, CS, R&A leaders on how best to use Gong in key projects, based on regular meetings involving a leader from each of these groups and Gong CS contact

– Updates to Gong setup, permission profiles, visibility and collaborating with SFDC team to set up integrations, e.g. of AI generated call spotlight details

– Assessment of how Gong's functionality works technically (i.e. matching of calls with opportunities) and data quality analysis

– Working with Gong team to highlight Gong product development requirements that would help to support GD's business needs

– All non-standard queries received by sales tech sent to me for input / suggestions

– Organisation of Gong training sessions (e.g. Gong visit to GD 2023) and coordination of Exec Business Reviews, QBRs etc.
