What you'll be doing;

We are looking for a talented Senior Internal Communications Manager to join a team that is transforming the way we communicate with and engage colleagues across the UK to drive business performance.

You will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications to deliver the new internal communications strategy. You will also be pivotal in helping to re-position the new internal communications offering with the Executive Committee and other key stakeholders.

More specifically, you will:

Advise and influence members of the Executive Committee.

Work with the Head of Internal Communications on the strategy, approach and execution of award-winning UK-wide campaigns that are aligned to Veolia's strategic objectives.

Work with stakeholders on developing and implementing high-impact communication strategies and plans.

Be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated internal communications plan across Veolia's four business areas.

Oversee the delivery of the content and channels strategy as well as the measurement framework.

Lead a high-performing team of three people.

What we're looking for;

10+ years of Internal Communications experience operating in a senior role.

Experience of developing and implementing internal communications strategies and plans.

Proven track record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders.

Excellent relationship management skills at all levels of an organisation.

Experience of managing high performing teams.

Experience of working collaboratively across communications teams and the business.
