You must be able to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, work as part of a team and be proactive in all daily duties.

* Processing orders
* Updating the customer on delivery dates and making any system amendments
* Handling enquiries quickly and efficiently to ensure a speedy outcome
* Pro actively respond to internal and external delivery queries
