Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £21653/annum + Bonus

Our client is a market leading wholesale distributor who operates globally and has experienced huge growth over the last few years. They have an fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to secure an entry level position into a large and exciting business. You will need good IT skills and the ability to communication with people at all levels, full training will be provided to carry out the below duties.
* Manage web / held orders to ensure they are released promptly and not held outside of terms.
* Take payments for all web related orders.
* Make relevant price changes on all web related orders.
* Manage web orders with special requirements such as arranging all relevant export paperwork for countries that require it.
* Manage any large pallets orders that are processed on the web.
* Manage express requests on all web related ordered.
* Manage daily bespoke reports relating to all web orders.
* Answer inbound calls from customers, dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Desired Experience/ Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Positive Attitude, hard worker and enthusiastic
* A team player in a customer service environment
* Computer literacy, including Excel and Word and ability to learn new software
* Good organisational skills
* An eagerness to learn new skills and an ability to adapt quickly
* The ability to work calmly under pressure
Once you have completed your probationary period this role offers flexible hybrid working, 1 week onsite and 1 week at home on a rota basis.
Hours 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
Salary starts on £21,653, this will rise to £22,260 after 3 months
