POSITION: French Speaking Customer Service Administrator
SALARY RANGE: From £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience) + bonus opportunity, pension & 23 days holiday + bank holidays
LOCATION: Hailsham, East Sussex
HOURS OF WORK: 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday – Friday
We have an exciting immediate permanent vacancy with our international client who are enjoying a period of sustained growth. As a result, they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to deal with their dealers and distributors in France.
The key aspects of the role involve:
* Receiving purchase orders & entering on to their system
* Preparing sales quotations over the phone, by email or through SAP
* Dealing and communicating sales promotions
* Updating data and information on to their system
* Dealing with telephone enquiries, emails & correspondence efficiently
* Running daily reports to ensure goods are shipping on time and to advise customers of any delays
* Liaising with internal departments and with the warehouse staff in France
Candidates must be IT literate and competent users of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in SAP would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service / sales type role / environment.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task.
Candidates must be team players and be able to work to tight deadlines.
This is an immediate permanent vacancy.
The role will be working from our clients Head Office in Hailsham.
Candidates must be able to speak fluent French and English
