Essential: Current Drivers License, CSCS Card, Previous Landscaping Experience
Barker Ross Group are currently recruiting for a CSCS Landscape Operative to work in Lincoln, LN6.
This is a temporary position that has opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.
Responsibilities:
· Carry out landscaping, herbicide application and maintenance.
· Work to targets ensuring productivity levels are achieved.
· Work in an organised, effective manner.
· Make recommendations for more efficient operations.
· Maintain high standards of work at all times.
· Ensure you have a Risk Assessment before undertaking any new operation.
· Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
· Ensure vehicles are kept clean and tidy.
· Ensure all equipment used is well maintained and stored correctly.
· Communicate effectively with Management and other team members.
To be a successful candidate you will need:
· Must hold current CSCS Card.
· Must have previous Landscape Experience
· Must hold a Driving License and have their own transport
