Creative Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead for an award-winning social and creative agency based in East London.

We are looking for a Creative Lead who can develop and support the Creative team. We need a Creative Lead to take responsibility for delivering campaigns and managing the projects successfully.
We need someone who has experience with a full range of disciplines, such as motion graphics, graphic design, typography etc, to be able to lead the team from the front and push creative boundaries. It isn't a necessity to be an expert in everything but to be able to identify challenges that might arise in these areas, such as UX/UI, Branding, Design, Content and Motion Graphics.
This role is a hybrid role, and they want people to ideally go into the office at least twice a week at their East London Studio, however, for the right person they might consider more remote working.
Key requirements:
Previous experience leading a Design Team
Previous experience working within a Digital or Creative Agency
At least 5 years of experience
An amazing Portfolio or Showreel of your work
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Excellent command of English both, written and verbal
Experience working in Social Media
Experience working with Frame.io
Nice to have:
Previous experience with the gaming industry would be a bonus but not essential
