Salary : £22000/annum

Our client, a technology company based in Cambourne, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their Customer Interaction Centre. Reporting to the Service Contracts Team Leader, the Contracts Administrator will prepare, negotiate and review various service contracts with B2B customers, promoting the growth of our client’s service revenue and contract coverage rate. The Contracts Administrator will respond to customer and internal requests quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high levels of customer care and interaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Producing contract quotations for new and returning customers

* Supporting and processing contract enquiries

* Proactively processing and managing inbound customer and internal email enquiries

* Tender submission support

* Invoicing of contracts on SAP

* Instrument collating and equipment i-base management

* Outbound communication around contract expiry

* Processing and recording support status updates

* Planned maintenance data cleansing

* Maintaining CRM database, including ibase management and account management

* Ensuring work is completed within set SLA’s and KPI’s

* Offer a professional and courteous service to our customers

* To act with integrity and professionalism when dealing with colleagues and customers

* Cross trained across key supporting functions to provide support where and when required.

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience gained within a service or contract management environment

* At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English at grade C or above

* Outbound sales experience is preferred

* Previous experience in CRM and SAP/ERP preferred but not essential

* A good level of commercial awareness

* Ability to take responsibility/ownership for customers’ requirements to ensure a mutually successful conclusion

* Willingness to be flexible – ‘do what’s required’ approach

* An enthusiastic and hard-working approach with a high level of attention to detail

* Building and developing strong customer relationships

* Great customer service skills and a team player

* Excellent communication skills

* Flexible attitude, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and to adhere to deadlines
