Trainee Account Manager

Salary : £23750 – £24000/annum
Our client is based in Peterborough but who are relocating to the Orton Southgate area of Peterborough are looking to recruit a Trainee Account Manager on a fulltime permanent basis. Our client is a 3rd party logistics and warehouse operation. Working in part of a well-established team you will manage to set customers’ expectations and advise the business on their requirements. Full training will be given so no direct experience in Account management is necessary.
Job Role: –
* Manage the Customer relationship and to exceed the Customer’s expectations.
* Produce and maintain a thorough account plan for each customer (including a clear contact strategy and development objectives).
* Effectively qualify all customers’ needs, understand those needs and sell against them/deliver service appropriately.
* Manage service performance within the account portfolio and to be a resolution point for any service-related issues.
* Submit accurate and timely business information when required

This role is Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm
