Anderson Knight is currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator for one of our clients based in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization by overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to customer agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

* Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

* Collaborate with various internal departments, including legal, finance, sales, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure contract terms align with business objectives.

* Maintain contract management system and databases, accurately tracking contract status, milestones, and renewal dates.

* Act as a liaison between parties involved in contracts, resolving any issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.

* Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

* Prepare and present reports on contract status, performance, and key metrics to management as needed.

* Stay up to date with industry best practices and legal developments, implementing necessary changes to contract templates and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Specialist, or in a similar role.

* Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.

* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving results.
