Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Help Desk Operator on a full time permanent basis. The Help Desk Operator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, resolving customer issues, and dispatching maintenance and repair technicians as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and emails from customers.
* Logging customer requests for maintenance and repair services into the company's database.
* Dispatching technicians to job sites and scheduling service calls.
* Following up with customers to ensure service requests are completed to their satisfaction.
* Providing excellent customer service by resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
* Updating customer information and recording all service activities in the company's systems.
* Adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-volume call traffic.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and customer service software.
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience in facilities management, property management, or related field is a plus.
