Compliance Officer
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £16 – £17/hour
I am working with a Local Authority based in Berkshire who are looking for a Compliance Officer
It will be on a temporary 3 month basis.
Pay rate £16 – £17 LTD an hour.
Roles will offer hybrid working – 37 hours a week.
Looking to interview and start as soon as possible (Still, reply if you have a notice period as the client is willing to wait for the right person).
As a Compliance Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
· Respond to service enquiries received by telephone, email, letter, personal callers, web portal or through an advocate
· Act as the first point of contact for utility companies and firms undertaking service contracts for Gas, Lifts, Asbestos, Cleaning, Water Treatment, Electrical Testing, Asbestos Surveys, Fire Protection etc
· Assist with projects being undertaken by the Property Services Team
· General administrative tasks
Desirable experience:
· Customer care
· Complaints handling
· Microsoft Office applications
· Basic knowledge of Health & Safety in relation to property management.
· Basic business administration functions/processes
· Basic understanding of property management and lettings
