Senior Clinical Administrator
Our client delivers a vast range of treatment and diagnostic services, including physical, psychological and hospital via their pool of over 5000 clinicians in the UK. We enable our clients to achieve faster return to function outcomes, reduced pain and suffering and better quality of life post-injury
Their team of Rehabilitation Case Managers provide proactive case management and advice to injured individuals, in order to facilitate swift recovery from injury and return to work. To support this, they currently have a rehabilitation assistant available to each Case Manager to provide administrative and technical case support, and ensure optimal customer service.
Day to Day
You will be responding to enquiries from solicitors, employers, and health care providers, as well as the Injured Party themselves. In addition to the above you will carry out general admin duties. You will have access to highly sensitive information therefore this role requires someone who has compassion and resilience.
Your Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in working in customer service and or who has a degree education and has a background in HR. In addition, previous experience of managing workloads and/or team leadership would be of benefit.
