Purchase Ledger/Administrator – Ashton in Makerfield – £13.5ph – Temp2Perm
Responsibilities include: Assisting the finance, purchasing and sales teams in managing an efficient and effective function using the company ERP and other administrative systems. Duties will include data processing, document management, answering calls and emails, liasing with other business units, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Carrying out other tasks which contribute to the overall improvement of the workplace i.e. maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
You will play an active part in personal skills development to achieve the company quality standards
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety at all times whilst on task, on site and externally as a company representative
Working hours are part time 36.5 hours per week
Pay is £13.5ph
